Zero Friction Deployment

For a middle east property website, Linefeed implemented Continuous Deployment. Then, to eliminate all the time sinks, the tools Pivotal Tracker, Github, Jenkins and Elastic Beanstalk were integrated. Project planning, coding and deploying was turned into a friction-free process. This project was a subject for a lightning talk by Tor-Åke Fransson at Agila Sverige 2015 Agila Sverige på Solidtango.
